Health and Wellbeing is a key area of sustainability and one that has moved up the agenda significantly in recent years, becoming particularly important for office projects around London and Bristol. We are experienced in delivering health and wellbeing focused assessments which evaluate a building’s design and construction in providing a space that positively benefits its occupant’s health, wellbeing and comfort.
These can be undertaken as a standalone assessment or alongside other methodologies such as BREEAM, SKA, DREAM or Home Quality Mark to give a holistic sustainability certification approach.
