Our energy and sustainability team are specialists in working with Contractor teams onsite to maximise BREEAM scores and facilitate ongoing compliance monitoring. We can provide an enhanced level of advice depending on the project needs; our current portfolio of contractor support projects includes BREEAM Outstanding projects where we are managing the full flow of sustainability information from subcontractors.
We are BREEAM Accredited Professionals, qualified and licensed by the BRE to carry out a site monitoring role in line with the BREEAM requirements to achieve the Man 03 Sustainability Champion credit.
Post-Occupancy Evaluation
POE is the final step in the building design process, with Soft Landings, and allows clients to understand how a building is performing. It can be a powerful tool in identifying potential issues that may not have otherwise been considered and in analysing lessons learnt and closing the performance gap.
We are formal partners of the BUS (Building Use Studies) Methodology, which allows us to use an industry-wide benchmarking data set to measure your building against.
