Our engineers and consultants are working with a fast food client on the development of their zero carbon building which will be a modular construction.
We are conducting Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of an existing building to understand the carbon hotspots of the current construction to reduce this as part of an overall zero carbon target.
We are using recognised software and following the RICS methodology for Whole Life Carbon assessments. Our engineers are also consulting on the operational energy zero carbon target.
