The Hill Brush Company required a new 8,400m2 production premises which included research, packaging and production areas along with a shop and museum.
Due to the sheer size of the building along with much of the building being heavily serviced, close coordination between the contractor and design team was required. Clear communication, along with a pro-active approach, helped prevent many issues that would have otherwise arisen.
Using a sustainable approach, we specified efficient equipment throughout the project with 1350 PV panels placed on the roof, which reduced running costs to the client and dramatically cut CO2 emissions.
