The project involves a complete building refurbishment and extension to the ground and second floors to create additional office space and a new enlarged reception area. The basement is also remodelled to improve accessibility and enhance cycle storage, showers and changing facilities for the tenants.
The building services systems will be refitted with modern efficient flexible systems; including mixed mode ventilation with heat recovery, VRF heat pump heating & cooling and photovoltaic (PV) panels.
Method have provided the M&E design services, building performance modelling and sustainability consultancy for the project.
