Redevelopment of one of Cheltenham’s landmark office and retail buildings, the Quadrangle plaza.
The complete refurbishment of Quadrangle, which sits on the corner of Cheltenham’s Imperial Square and Promenade, has seen the building sensitively re-imagined creating contemporary commercial space with heritage at its heart with an inner courtyard, ground floor retail space, four storeys of open plan workspace and the town’s first rooftop restaurant. Each floor of the four storeys of premium office space have the flexibility to be rented in its entirety or as two separate units, which will help meet the needs of the town’s vibrant business community. A roof-top restaurant creates an additional 4,500 sq ft of premium dining space on the new sixth storey.
