The Polurrian Hotel, located on Cornwall’s stunning Lizard Peninsula, is undergoing a significant transformation as part of an ambitious extension and upgrade project.
The development includes a new infinity pool with a retractable glass roof, state-of-the-art spa and gym facilities, a versatile function room for up to 120 people, and 10 new luxury bedrooms.
Key sustainable features include energy-efficient glazing, solar panels integrated into the roof design, rainwater harvesting systems, and the use of locally sourced, low-carbon building materials to minimise environmental impact.
All works are planned to follow carefully considered designs to remain in keeping with the hotel’s existing Edwardian architecture.
