This leading-edge £12m facility in Torbay provides production space and high spec clean laboratories for the manufacture of non-branded drugs for the NHS.
Working collaboratively with main contractor Cowlin, we provided BREEAM advice and assessment services. The 6,000m2 building has complex building services requirements and is located on the Yannon’s Farm site near Paignton in Devon near to 200 new homes and so acoustics and minimal air pollution were important considerations. Photovoltaic panels have helped to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
