This project comprises the comprehensive extension and refurbishment of this prominent Bristol 6-storey office building together with a two-storey extension and alteration to existing external works.
When completed it will create around 48,000sqft of prime office accommodation. The fit-out will incorporate modern exposed services with ventilation, heating and cooling provided to meet BCO requirements. New cycle storage, changing and shower facilities will be provided in the basement.
The project has been designed in Revit, which has also been used to aid the planning application, by producing views of rooftop plant from various locations.
Our specialists undertook the CIBSE TM54 analysis and RICS compliant embodied carbon analysis to help the team quantify the overall carbon emissions. We also undertook the necessary LCA modelling for BREEAM RFO Mat01. The building will be designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent and Wiredscore Platinum, with a minimum target EPC rating of A.
