Located in south-east Cornwall, the Millendreath Valley project is a phased development which will eventually encompass the entire valley. The £10m project includes the development of a hotel, two spas, a swimming pool leisure complex, new lodges and private housing.
The site is remote and very extensive and so the first stage of the project was to undertake an assessment of the existing utility services and identify where diversions, reinforcements and new connections were required.
Working with the utility providers at this early stage meant that we could best value by designing and phasing the development to maximise the use of the existing services and avoid unnecessary works and diversions. We are also providing detailed designs for the non-residential buildings.
