A mixed-use development accross 4 buildings, with 600 bedspaces for student residential accommodation, common areas and communal facilities, laundry, ground floor commercial units and a separate 3,800m2 commercial office building.
The student accommodation building will be provided with heat energy from the Bristol City Council district heating network, negating the need for on-site boiler plant. Roof mounted photovoltaics will provide a proportion of the electrical demand of the buildings.
