A new 10,000sqm, 9 storey building that will house a new town hall as well as offices for Crawley Borough Council.
With a target of BREEAM Excellent, Method is providing specialist BREEAM advice throughout the life of the project. The scheme will include fitted out space for the council along with Cat A fit out of additional storeys for tenanted use.
