We were appointed by Kier as their environmental engineers and BREEAM advisors for the design of a new £22m campus for Truro and Penwith College, close to the A30 in Bodmin.
We developed the detailed design and infrastructure services for four new buildings:
Main building
The automotive building
The sports centre
Function and conference centre
The design was developed to BIM Level 2 using Revit software and our building physics team undertook the overheating analysis, Part L compliance, BB101 compliance and lighting calculations. Our BREEAM specialists helped the team ensure the required BREEAM rating was met in the most economical way.
