A secondary school with a roll of 1,000 students administered by Bracknell Forest Council. This development project comprised a new-build main school hub and the refurbishment of several teaching blocks.

We provided M&E engineering and BREEAM services for this ESFA-funded project, and there was a requirement to execute BIM to a level that meets the ESFA-defined Level 2 standard.

Our team worked collaboratively within the design team producing detailed coordinated designs, enabling a significant reduction in on-site issues to be achieved. The data generated was used to produce Cobie data drops at defined project stages to feed data back to the client, which was used to create a Computer Aided Facilities Management model.

Our BREEAM/Sustainability team worked closely with the project team to determine the most economical route to achieve the Very Good required for the purposes of the pre-assessment and advise of those credits requiring early stage action.
