Blythe Gate is an established mixed use business park campus and includes commercial office, warehouse and residential space.
Plot F consists of three new employment units, with associated landscaping, parking, lighting, and access.
The units provide just under 12,000m2 of industrial/warehouse space with office floorspace to the mezzanine level.
With a focus on sustainability, Solar PVs help provide the 20% reduction in energy required by planning. The site also includes a number of EV charging points.
The units were assessed as a single BREEAM assessment achieving a BREEAM Excellent rating and EPC A.
