32 new affordable homes designed to a Passivhaus standard, on the site of the former Army and Navy Public House in Newham.

The residential units, many of which are 3 bed in size or larger will consist of a mix of flats and duplex units, across two blocks which range from 3 to 5 storeys.

The development includes a rooftop mounted communal ASHP to provide heating and cooling to the units. Alongside the homes, there will be a commitment to improve the natural landscape and biodiversity of the site with a new play space, trees, planting, lighting, outdoor gym and informal sports area.
