Tom Kelly

Tom Kelly is a Partner at Method and a member of CIBSE. He leads Method’s Cornwall office and works on projects throughout Cornwall and the wider South West.

Tom has experience delivering building services across a range of sectors, with particular expertise in education, residential and leisure projects.

Tom’s approach is focused on keeping engineering straightforward, coordinated and buildable, while ensuring sustainability and operational performance remain central to the design.

Alongside project delivery, Tom is closely involved in developing Method’s work and relationships across the South West.
