Nick Sendall

Nick Sendall is a Partner within the Building Services Engineering team and is a chartered engineer with the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, as well as being a member of the Institute of Fire Engineers.

Nick has worked on a wide variety of projects including leisure, higher education, residential, performing arts buildings and high technology research laboratories. He works on both traditionally designed projects and also on design and build projects and so knows how to drive best value into them whilst still maintaining high-quality standards.

Nick specialises in designing low energy buildings by understanding building energy demands and how to minimise them through a combination of passive and active measures including the integration of renewable energy technologies. He also has a firm knowledge of the available grant subsidy schemes.
