Miles Sergison

Miles is a Project Consultant and specialises in embodied and whole life carbon. Miles has a thorough understanding of RICS’ professional standard for whole life carbon assessments, undertaking life-cycle assessment (LCA) modelling across a wide range of building sectors from feasibility stage to post-completion. He is knowledgeable on the requirements for BREEAM, the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard (UKNZCBS), and local planning authorities.

Miles also undertakes life-cycle costing (LCC) and circular economy reporting and consultancy, is a Practitioner Member of ISEP, and a Registered Environmental Practitioner with the Society for the Environment. He holds an MSc in Environmental Assessment and Management from the University of Liverpool, and a BA (Hons) in Politics with International Relations from the University of York
