Chloe Berry

Chloe is a Project Consultant with an MSc in Sustainable Architecture from Oxford Brookes University. She has a background in low-carbon architectural research and extensive experience in project delivery, with particular expertise in data collection, management and analysis. Chloe is a qualified BREEAM Assessor, BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) and Registered Environmental Practitioner (REnvP), supporting major new-build and refurbishment projects in achieving their sustainability objectives throughout the design and construction process. Her experience spans a diverse range of sectors, including retail and leisure developments, education facilities, healthcare schemes and commercial office buildings. Chloe works closely with clients, design teams and contractors to embed sustainability principles within projects, helping to deliver robust environmental outcomes and achieve sustainability targets.
