Tom Lowther

Tom is a Senior Consultant at Method Consulting with a Master’s degree in Environmental Science. He is an experienced BREEAM assessor (New Construction and Refurbishment and Fit-Out) and BREEAM Accredited Professional, with over 11 years’ experience in sustainability, working on a range of sectors including commercial, retail, education and healthcare.  Tom is also a Fitwel Ambassador, and helps oversee the Embodied Carbon side of the sustainability department. Tom specialises in non-domestic refurbishment and fit-out projects, predominantly office developments, and oversees projects through design, construction and handover, focussing on building relationships with both design and contractor teams.
