Brabazon Phase 2 East & South marks the next chapter in transforming the historic Filton Airfield into a vibrant new neighbourhood for North Bristol.
This phase will deliver hundreds of architect-designed homes arranged along tree-lined streets and landscaped public squares, creating a strong sense of community. The East parcel (Parcel E1) will provide 339 homes, including a mix of spacious houses and apartments, with 18% allocated as affordable housing. The South section will consist of additional apartment blocks and family homes set within shared gardens and green spaces.
The development prioritises sustainability with air-source heat pumps, energy-efficient construction, and a “living streets” concept that encourages outdoor interaction. Residents will benefit from proximity to Brabazon Park—the largest new public park in the South West for 50 years—and excellent connectivity via the new North Filton rail station, MetroBus routes, and cycle paths.
