Closing the performance gap and striving for low/zero carbon design

In order to reduce the energy use intensity of a building, and its corresponding carbon emissions, it is imperative to consider sustainable design from the early stages by utilising passive design, high efficiency systems, and appropriate low and zero carbon technologies.

Our Building Physics team performs a variety of simulations and assessments, testing out different design strategies, to optimise the building performance and meet local and client-based targets such as NABERS, zero-carbon, London Plan or BREEAM energy targets.
