The refurbishment includes a new reception, breakout areas, and modern end-of-journey facilities, featuring 65 cycle spaces, 9 car parking bays, showers, lockers, and drying rooms, along with upgraded windows to enhance thermal performance.

Designed with sustainability at its core, the building has achieved EPC A, BREEAM Excellent, WiredScore Platinum, and ActiveScore Platinum certification.
