Health and Wellbeing
We are committed to maintaining a healthy work-life, we operate a Hybrid Working policy so most of our roles will be a blend of working in the office and working remotely and you will find plenty of support if needed.
We have two dedicated mental health first aiders and two Diversity and Wellness Champions who organise diversity training and events and who are the main point of contact if anyone has any questions in relation to wellness, equality, diversity, or inclusion in the workplace.
Social and Sports
Our offices have a strong social culture with sports and charities event most months. Each office has its own social and sports representative and regular events provide fantastic opportunities to connect and engage with colleagues in a relaxed, social setting.
Charity
We are committed to giving back to our local communities through an active programme of fundraising and volunteering initiatives. Each year, every office adopts a local charity to support, strengthening ties with the community and focusing efforts on meaningful causes. Our dedicated Charity Champions coordinate fundraising events, ensuring consistent engagement and support across all locations.

Training
