The former dairy site at 13-19 Croxted Road in Dulwich has been redeveloped to provide luxury apartments above four large speculative retail units and a new NHS doctor’s surgery with a pharmacy.

The flats were required to achieve a Code for Sustainable Homes rating of Level 4, the retail units and doctor’s surgery a BREEAM Very Good rating. Our engineers and sustainability team worked closely together to ensure a coherent approach throughout.

This was a confined site which required a lot of coordination to bring together the different aspects and maximise the overall value. To ensure flexibility and attract premium rents, there is space for the retail units to be designated as A1 or A3 units with space for kitchen extract equipment rising up through the building.
