Cradle Bridge, Trowbridge
Having been appointed to carry out energy and sustainability services as part of the planning application for this site, Method was subsequently appointed to provide BREEAM advice and assessment services throughout the design and construction process.
The site comprises four buildings which will provide a number of retail units as part of the retail park on the outskirts of Trowbridge. The units are being built to shell only and we are working with the team to ensure that the BREEAM requirements are incorporated into the shell design as far as possible whilst meeting the requirements of the various tenants who will occupy the units. Energy efficient lighting, extensive landscaping and the use of materials with a low environmental impact are proposed to enhance the overall sustainability of the site.
