Tom Kelly is an Associate with a degree in Physics from the University of Exeter.
Tom leads our building physics department and also works as a building services engineer. He is an accredited CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant and Low Carbon Energy Assessor. He has significant experience of developing energy strategies for multi-use developments and understands the challenges such work demands. He specialises in optimising building physics at early design stages to minimise energy use through passive design measures.
Tom is currently working on a range of projects, using IES building simulation software to help optimise building performance.
