Maria Petridou

Maria is a Senior Engineer in the Building Physics and Performance Engineering team, with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Energy Engineering. She is passionate about sustainability and reducing the environmental impact of the built environment through energy efficiency and passive design measures. Maria has extensive experience using IES VE and has undertaken a wide range of assessments, including thermal comfort, BREEAM, Part L, and operational energy assessments. She has also carried out building energy modelling using PHPP and is a qualified Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA).
